Filamama is released under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 licence. It lets you use, study, modify and share Filamama for any noncommercial purpose. A household backing up its own photos and videos is covered for free, and so are charities, schools and public institutions.
Commercial use
Commercial use is not granted by that licence. You need a separate commercial licence from DIUNE SAS to:
- offer Filamama, modified or not, to others as a hosted or managed service;
- bundle or pre-install it on hardware, a NAS, or in an app store or appliance;
- sell Filamama, sell support or services around it, or use it to run a business.
Write to licensing@filamama.com with who you are and your company, what you want to do with Filamama, and the rough scale. We'll send terms.
Trademarks
"Filamama" and the Halo logo are trademarks of DIUNE SAS. They are not covered by the code licence or by a commercial code licence. Questions: trademarks@filamama.com.
